Order Cancellation Policy
Important Notice: Orders cannot be cancelled without reason after goods have been shipped. Please double-check your order information before placing the order.
- You may cancel your order at any time before shipment without giving any reason
- After shipment, returns are only accepted for goods with quality issues, damage, or significant discrepancy from description
- Shipment status can be checked in your account order page or through customer service
Return Conditions
Goods may be returned under the following conditions:
- Quality issues discovered within 7 days of receipt
- Goods significantly differ from order description
- Goods damaged during transportation
- Goods remain in original condition (unused, uninstalled, tags intact)
- Goods in original packaging with all accessories included
Product Condition Requirements
- Not installed/used
- Suitable for resale (no stains, intact tags)
- All accessories/gifts included
- Note: Products affecting hygiene after unsealing (e.g., filters, personal care items) do not support no-reason returns
Special Product Return Rules
The following products only support returns for quality issues:
- Customized products (engraving, special sizes)
- Perishable/food items
- Software/digital products
- Large appliances already installed
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Quality issues/wrong or missing items: We cover return shipping (requires shipping receipt)
- No-reason returns: Customer covers shipping
- We recommend using trackable shipping services – risk of loss/damage during return shipping lies with sender

Gift Returns
